  I have banked with 5/3rd for over a decade. This bank is the absolute worst bank to be with. I have had my account hacked 3 times in 2013. In 2017 I applied for a credit card, in 2018 I walked into look into lowering my interest rate on my credit card because it was initially high, but I also have a excellent credit score. I was informed that I would need to apply for a new card and get another credit check to lower my interest rate. In 2019 this is the first time I have ever filed a credit card dispute.. I never have gotten a call for and update about my dispute or any additional information that was needed for my dispute and it was closed without acknowledgement to me. From everything that I have learned over these last 10+ years is that this bank truly does not care about you and only about your money.
