  James Dmello is one of the best personal bankers I have ever encountered! Late on a Friday afternoon, when everyone else is concerned with going home he went above and beyond to help us! We greatly appreciated it!!

  Like other person on this side I would give 5/3 zero after realizing now that it does not have 24/7 emergency call number. After finding out unauthorized transfer on my checking account at 9 PM CST I could not call bank because their customer service number is only available till 8 PM.

  Could not give a zero or I would. We are in the middle of a pandemic and the worker refused to wear a mask when I went inside or make a money order in the drive up because its not company policy when other branches do this service for me all the time. People working with the public should where mask especially if they are working with the public face to face.
