      I have had a relationship with 5/3 for ten/twenty years. I keep my bills paid and shuffle my credit use often. I realized I had not used it in quite awhile and went to use it. Imagine my chagrin when it was denied Almost 45 minutes on the phone only to have a philipino tell me too bad we don't have to tell you
