      Don’t go to the tellers for close out a loan. They will do it and it may or may not be paid off and closed out. Then it won’t get fixed and the loan person will basically tell you it’s your fault that the loan didn’t close properly because tellers shouldn’t be doing it. Couldn’t tell me why I owed $38 after “closing it out” either. I’m good. Closing my account.
