We are so grateful to George at the Sanford Location. We experienced outstanding customer service ( above and beyond working after hours to accommodate us) and George delivered everything he promised. He made me feel like a person and not a number. We will be moving our business accounts over as the customer service here far exceeds Wells Fargo and Bank of America!

Completely awful experience!!! I’ve been banking with them for 10 years and tried closing my account and was told I have to do that in person which is a problem I live out of state!!! Low and behold my account was overdrawn by .25 and 5 weeks later magically was now at $300! When I tried to pay in person to close it. After I was told I would incur any fees!!! You talk to one Person to the next and their stories are all different on why and how this could have happened. A complete mess!!! Would NEVER ever recommend banking here.

On two separate occasions now at this bank, I have received information that was false and has cost me money. The tellers are great; maybe they need to be promoted to positions where this bank can get rid of uniformed and/or incompetent folks who give out bad information.... Jeanine, are you listening?
