      Would’ve been nice to have a sign up on the atm outside saying do not use before it takes customers cards and they can’t get it back. There is a sign way at the top saying closed Thursday but you don’t see it in a small car. If you want to keep your customers happy I would put I sign directly over the screen telling them not to use it at all to avoid these situations

      I had my wallet stolen last Friday called the branch and spoke to someone who assured me my debit and credit cards were canceled. Nope, drained my business account. Make sure you followup? I had to go to bank to get resolved in the mean time I'm overdrafted. It's time to switch to a credit union. This bank is not customer service oriented.
