Everytime I went inside the banks, they are absolutely terrible. Poor customer service. I was locked out of my account and needed it to be fixed as soon as possible because it was just a mess dealing with it over the phone so I went in to try to get it taken care of quickly. 1 employee was busy, but the other guy wasn't. Him and another employee thought it was better to talk about young 21 year olds than to help me. I waited over a half hour before I just called the bank and I got my account fixed. I STILL wasn't even asked to be seen when I finished the phone call. I walked out. I would rate a zero if possible. Do you're jobs and learn what actual work ethic is.

Understaffed most of the time. And when one of their employees goes on vacation, forget it! When I call, I always get voicemail. Very frustrating 👎 I deal with Fifth Third from where I used to live for better service.
