Can't seem to get anyone to answer the phone at a direct branch. REDICOLOUS! When I go in doesn't seem that busy a couple people sitting in office on computer or talking on phone.

This was my favorite location until today. Everyone is always so nice, kind and smily and then I get Pat...she was rude from the start, you could tell she was going above and beyond to take up my time and be rude. I smiled the entire time and was courteous as I was raised right but dang, this woman has zero people skills and probably should retire or move into an office where she won't see people. Everyone else there is absolutely amazing 🤩
