      Terrible manager. Blood thirsty with small businesses. Feed on distress of clients. Rude, unaccomodating, Saturday call center was closed. Will not pay bills in a timely manner or help payees track their funds. Just down right unkind.

      Would never bank with 5/3 bank again, been a customer for 3 years then all of a sudden I’m on the road with my fiancee and two kids while my fiancée is working as a travel nurse they close my account because I’m high risk !?!?? I’m a stay at home dad I use my card everyday , and my fiancée sends me money through zelle the app they suggested. How is this high risk? Don’t bank here ! Worst bank ever
