      Edit: still no action taken to help me after calling their customer service line. Incredibly unsympathetic and unmotivated customer service. I called last week about money missing from my deposit. The manager put in the bare minimum effort to help me with my issue and was ready to leave it at that. After I requested more research into the incident I was told I would receive a follow up call, but that never came. I won't be doing anymore business with Fifth Third and encourage others to move their accounts to a more trustworthy and caring financial institution.
