      Usually every interaction with the staff at this location has been amazing. My husband and I had a scheduled meeting with a banker yesterday. After she called me to discuss different options. We arrived 15 minutes early and had the front staff let her know. 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment we decided to leave. I was disappointed that she did not call or send an email to follow up. I find the lack of communication unprofessional. We definitely need to find a different banker to assist us in the future.

      Most worthless bank I've ever worked with. Make a call to the bank about my escrow being paid and they tell me the date it's scheduled to be taken out, then I receive and insurance cancellation from my insurance company because the bank didn't go through with the process. Why pay into this escrow for no reason? For my next home purchase I'll be going elsewhere. Also, stop calling me every week trying to get me to sign up for your garbage credit cards.
