  Everyone who works at this bank is very nice & helpful.My problem is that you wait & wait & wait in the drive through.If you are in a hurry,reconsider.Unless you wish to wait 10-15 minutes,just to be acknowledged, I would try to go inside & see if that was faster. Better yet,get the app & learn to electronically deposit your money.Much easier & faster & no wait,eait,wait in line.

  I walked into this branch to deposit a check made payable to my husband but endorsed to me and was told thru the drive thru that I couldn't do that. I stopped and did some more research and called in. Whoever answered the phone told me I should be able to and confirmed with the manager. So I walked in and I felt like a criminal after being asked who this person was to me and what bank did he use and why didn't he had a shared account and advised that we should have a joint account. They also asked why did he endorse it. Was told by the manager that it would be a problem if the check bounced. The check is from a respectable employer! All those questions are none of your business! Omg been banking with them for over 15 years. I have never been treated like this! Time to move to Navy Federal completely!!
