Joanne is extremely slow and there is to much talking among the employees. I have been coming to this bank for at least two years. They switch all employees but Joanne and she is slow. I'd like to spend less than 20 minutes at the bank, when I'm only depositing. Speed should be the fifth third better....

I have always come here or blankenbaker.everyone is nice and friendly.my only issue is they never have a branch manager on duty on saturdays.Atleast any Saturday I have ever needed one.makes it extremely frustrating and have to take time off work during the week.last explained to me...they get days off as well
