      I have been with 5/3 for about 6 years I guess. I won't say it has been a breeze but I ultimately got over whatever situation it may have been. I am still with them & when things happen I have to ask myself why I am still with them. The most obvious answer is familiarity & convenience of locations. Plus the hassle of switching is something I dread. HOWEVER..... I came to do a review today not to bash the bank, but to say how absolutely WONDERFUL Autumn is at the Edgewood KY location. So helpful & patient & never rude or bothered. I genuinely appreciate that. So thank you for that.

      This bank has the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. You get transferred around and then end up with no help after a long wait. I would not recommend using this back for anything.
