      Do not waste your time with these people. When I moved here their bank was close to my office so I set up my accounts there, even enrolling in their identity theft program. Big mistake! Customer service is useless, always has been for me. I noticed a "refund" to my account with no explanation. A few weeks go by and I receive a letter telling me they were hacked and all my personal information was compromised so they gave me a refund for 1 year of identity protection. Time and time again I get locked out of my account. Going to Chase bank tomorrow, hopefully incompetence isn't in full force there as it is with 5/3 Update: So they replied to my review and asked me to call. I know my acvount password and can log into both the website and the app. I also know my 4 digit pin on my card. However they have entered that information wrong on their end and refuse to talk with me because my password that works doesn't on their end. Pointless to call because it goes nowhere!
