      There are no longer ANY branches on the primarily minority sides of town, only on the predominantly white sides of town. There are few and fewer branches in general. I will be changing to a bank/ credit union that services the my community more equitably.

      The bank manager at this branch is unprofessional and told me to open an account somewhere else. I don't think 53rd is very appreciative of small account holders, and regional manager wasn't big help either. I have been with 53rd for a really long time and have never had any issues until now. I'm definitely looking into moving to another bank now!
