Excellent customer service everyone that works there is very helpful and very intelligent they deserve to be promoted and keep there jobs in other fifth third branches because unfortunately this branch in Kroger's on Sunbury road is closing for what reason I will never know

Stopped by to open an account. The bearded guy was at the computer playing with his phone with no one waiting, but still tells me they are fully booked for the day and can’t help me. I drove 15 minutes to find an open branch only to be turned away by some lazy employee not wanting to do their job!
