The manager Karen Velasquez is the worst manager not helping costumers on the contrary making it very difficult to just make a deposit, how can you have a manager like in a bank.

Worst Manager (Karen Velasquez)wont accept my deposit because is five cents over and she will not give five cents back, this is the only person in the bank that is giving me problems, been coming to this bank for 4 years daily, I have 3 Merchant account and I have to deposit daily, but the manager is the worst, Feel bad for other employees that are really nice people and courteous.
