Great assistance in branch. Admittedly I got nowhere calling their national customer service line but when I spoke to the manager, Jim at the branch, I was pleasantly surprised with his digging to get to the bottom of my issue. He followed up several times on the phone. Staff is helpful and friendly, good local bank.

Worst bank experience. 0 interest on any accounts svgs chkg etc. No customer service at the call center, no customer service anywhere really.
