      Unlike others reviewers, my customer service experience was much better so I may have gotten lucky. The bank has people and processes in place to resolve issues, my issue required escalating to the supervisor but once in their hands they were able to work on it and solve it beyond my initial expectations. As for the way the bank itself goes about business, I have some doubts they have their customers' best interests top of mind given some of the random fees and restrictions on the account (ex. a $3 fee for an electronic transfer out of the account). Overall they seem like a quality bank and I'll keep them as an option for future banking.

      Card just got blocked for trying to buy YouTube premium. This type of stuff happens on a consistent basis...surely on the brink of losing hope for this bank.
