Poor customer service. I called to speak to Todd at the Standale branch regarding helping my 90 year old mother with some financial issues after my father passed away recently. I left a message yesterday afternoon for Todd to call me back, it is now the following day in the afternoon and no call back. My mother, who can not drive due to the fact she is blind in one eye can not drive to the bank to handle these issues. My name is also on the account, so there is no reason Todd could not talk to me about these issues. A pathetic way to treat long time customers of the bank.
