  The manager at this location was extremely helpful and cordial. However, Brian, the banking representative who works at the branch, is beyond rude and unprofessional. For that reason, I do not recommend banking or doing any business with this location.

  Customer for about 5 years. In the beginning (2014) the staff was great and very dedicated. There has been a frequent change in staff. At this particular point there are long wait, frequent mistakes when it comes to wire transfers. Staff not always kind. I would suggest to monitor performances more frequently and make sure staff are dedicated to create a positive impact truly servicing the customers. Bankers are usually good and solution oriented, so this is a plus point.
