      Speaking specifically about the fifth third bank in Demotte Indiana, first of all every person that works there is wonderful. Second, my debit card was recently stolen. It is being taken care of by the corporate office but I went into my Fifth Third in DeMotte and was helped by Angela Deyoung. I just want to say that every issue I was concerned about she took care of personally, started me a new account so that my paycheck was available the next morning and even hooked me up with a 360 card so I could access my money and pay bills with it before my new debit card comes in the mail . I couldn’t appreciate it more. Excellent job Angela 👏👍

      Can't recommend this bank . Rude employees and they can't explain anything. I had an account that was supposed to have free transfers to other accounts. So I made a transfer and I found a five dollar fee on it. So I called and enquired about this. They said it wasn't a fee ? So I said OK what am I being charged the five dollars for ? They didn't seem to have an answer other then it wasn't a transfer fee. So needless to say I pulled out all my money and closed my account. I went to a bank where they have polite staff who no what they are doing. I wouldn't recommend using this bank it's nothing but a hassle.
