      Very friendly staff at the Princeton Indiana branch. Jordan Simmons was a big help with my issues and took time to make sure I was taken care of. Very friendly and easy to talk to. He deserves a good raise!! Great job Jordan!

      Tried to refinance my home. Took forever and no communication from Fifth Third Bank. Would never recommend them on on anything that comes to mind. I will continue taking my business elsewhere; I think I'll try Teachers Federal Credit Union. And they double charged me for an application fee that I am still waiting on a refund for over a month(almost two months) that's $400. I tried to convince my husband just to go elsewhere and eat that 400 but he feels like we're committed so I will continue until I finally refinance the house which has been over 2 months and still waiting. But as soon as we get done I am going to take my business elsewhere and my husband does agree maybe, maybe not we'll get that refund back of $400; almost $400. Not happy and we are pretty easy to please.
