      Angela financial center manager was very unaccommodating for our business. Federal law states that any of funds wired are to be immediately available. Another fifth third Bank an hour away was our only resort and they are very accommodating. Angela should probably read up on her Swift regulation

      Don't ever use them for a refi. Go anywhere else. And stay far away from a loan officer by the name of Scott.
