      Moved here from out of state and was looking for a local bank nearby. We chose this one for a promotion they had. Janet was very helpful and pleasant today in helping my husband and I get set up with checking accounts.

      So the ATM swallowed a good amount of money I deposited and didn't credit me. I had the same problem in oak park within 2 weeks. So they did not want to credit me because they have to investigate. They treated me like I was scamming them and expected me to leave without my money. I had to get loud because I depending on that money to pay bills and buy food. I'm supposed to starve and forfeit my bills because of there bad ATM. Am thinking about taking my money elsewhere.

      Great great service. Branch manager Paul and his team knows how to treat customers. We will never go to any other fifth third for our banking needs. They are friendly and helpful. We left the Oak Park branch after the terrible service they gave us…..Thank you Berwyn fifth third.
