Worst bank Ive ever dealt with. Applied for a line of credit 8 months ago. No one responds to emails, no one returns your calls, no work gets done on your loan or application until you actually show up at the bank. They completely forget that they are working on things. You have to constantly nag them and follow up to get anything done. Choosing 53 for my line of credit has been my biggest regret of the past year.

I made a quick deposit but also had some additional issues that I thought could only be resolved at a free standing branch. When I asked the young man in the office about it, he went way above my expectations by fixing all of the issues I've been having and even showed me a better solution to avoid it in the future!!
