      called an hour before they close to make sure there coin machine was working and was told yes i drove over to the location and was not allowed to use the machine because they were closing. i chose fifth third back because of the coin machines i might close my account because they are not fixing the coin machines.

      I love coming to this bank. Everyone is so friendly and always remembers my name when I walk in. The tellers: Maria, Christine, Jamileh, and Noel are so nice and always treat me well.
