  I came today to cash my check and to notarize a document. There were only 3 customers in the bank at this time. The teller was very nice and quick to cash my check. She also told me to give her my document so she can check with the banker who the only one was able to notarize my document. The banker fast looked at the document, and I was told that yes, she was able to help me. I signed my name on the list and waited and waited and waited. About 30 minutes has passed and I still was waiting. Another banker came to see the list and told me that I sill had to wait about 30 min longer to get my paper notarized. I asked if there was anyone else to help me, like manager. The answer was no. I was disappointed, but decided to wait. In a hour or more, I was finally called by the banker, who looked at my paper and said that she could not notarized it, it also required that the manager to be involved. My question to her was : then why when you looked to the document the first time you did not see it. She was very loud and defensive, saying, ma'am, ma'am. She did not even have a decency to apologize for her unprofessionalism and my loss of time. I could not even imagine, how such a person can be in the bank working with people I only give 2 stars, because of the sweet teller who went above and beyond to help me when I came to this branch. My recommendation to a manager to do more training with the banker, who has a power to notarize papers. She has to learn how to multitask and meet the needs of each customer respectfully.
