      They missed out on my business. I gave them lots of chances. I needed to open an estate account. I called to see if they handle such accounts, but they didn't answer the phone. I was nearby, so I drove there. I spoke to a teller because she was available. She said I would have to setup an appointment. Ok, when should I come in? No, she said, I have to meet with one of the office staff to setup an appointment. Ok, I have to wait to speak to them so I can setup a time to speak to them? I wait a while and one of the office workers isn't with anyone. I ask the teller if I should just call tomorrow. She had a rude tone with me, telling me they are very busy and it will just be a minute. All I asked was if I should call tomorrow. I'm very busy too and I've already wasted a good deal of time just to setup an appointment. Finally, the office worker asks me in. She says I have to setup an appointment with the manager, sounds serious. Ok, when is she or he available? She starts asking me a bunch of security type questions. I'm thinking ok, did she change her mind and this is the meeting? After several questions she then tells me that the manager will call me later that day, or tomorrow morning to setup an appointment for tomorrow. I never received a call. I have excellent credit, and an estate account as you might guess is a large account. I guess this Bank doesn't like to handle money. That money is now with a competitor.

      garbage bank. Worst bank in the entire Orlando area. Emergency? Need to put money on your card via the ATM? Well you're screwed because the ATM doesn't work. Be prepared to insert one bill at a time if it does decide to work. Thats right, a bank that doesn't have an operating ATM. Absolute garbage.
