  ORIGINAL 1 STAR: If I could give negative stars, I would. This company provides everyone’s worst nightmare perception of an on line title company. I close in TWELVE hours and they have not been able to provide me with an address of where I’m closing. (The address on my closing disclosure is 250 miles away). Even worse, the closer they farmed this business out to via their “high-tec forward thinking platforms” hasn’t received the closing documents yet!! I called the phone number included in other review responses - you get voicemail. I have the email addresses for their National scheduling team along with their Texas scheduling team. I have been begging them to help me - NO RESPONSE. I wouldn’t use this company again if they paid me!!! UPDATED TO FIVE STARS: The company's response to my posting is correct. While they were very difficult to get ahold of, when I did get someone (6:00am closing day) they were incredibly responsive and actually got me closed only two hours late. I received multiple personal phone calls and emails assuring me they were on it and would make it right. Additionally, the lender I used (AmeriSave) was actually to blame for the missing documents. While the lender was telling me they had sent them to FIN Title, they had only sent a partial set and did not realize it until I got them and FIN Title on the same email. Thank you to everyone at FIN Title who helped me this morning. It is greatly appreciated!!

  Former employee of the Pittsburgh office- This place is a viper pit. Upper management is staffed exclusively by scumbags and nepotists. They don't care about employees or customers. They only care about profit, bonuses, and outsourcing to India. Stay away.

  I am a California Real Estate Broker and called to obtain a closing document after the close of an escrow and was told they would not nor could they provide anything, I reminded them they are obligated to maintain records for 5 years and need to provide it, the lady then put me on hold and never came back. Absolutely the worst!!!!
