  We had a very positive experience. We met Brent back in 1997 when he helped us purchase our home. When we wanted to refinance and get cash out, it was Brent who is now with Finance of America Mortgage that helped us. The process went very smooth. They were excellent at keeping us well informed every step of the way. We were very happy with the interest rate we were able to get. Their fee structure was beneficial to us the client.   My fiancé and I were looking to purchase a home we were currently living in and renting, we weren’t sure of how that process worked since we were always going through a realtor in the past and would use whatever lender they recommended once we found a house. This time around we already had our house and were referred to Brent by Rebekah Abbott! Brent, Mark, and Robin were outstanding! What we thought was going to be a dreadful process, they made it a breeze! Everything went extremely smooth and there were no hiccups. We officially closed in January and they sent us the sweetest personalized gift! We get married in June, so they sent us a cutting board with our last name on it! We are so thankful to have found them and will definitely be going through Brent for any future purchases!

  A Stress Free Experience, TWICE! We worked with Brent Wilson when we first purchased our home in 2011. Buying a home can be scary, however, he made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. When we decided to do a refi-cash out, we knew Brent was our guy! Once again his knowledge, professionalism, and communication made every step stress free.
