  Kirk was absolutely wonderful in our refi process. Even in the beginning, he laid out the pros and cons on all our options. Nothing was a surprise. Kirk and his team did a phenomenal job at walking us through the process and even provided videos on some of the milestone points. 100% recommended

  This is the second time that I've had the opportunity to work with Keith Cardillo at Finance of America Mortgage LLC, based in Chandler Arizona. Both experiences were perfect due to Keith's continuous communication as to what to expect at each step of the mortgage application process as it progresses toward closing. Keith informs and simultaneously educates you at each step with an explanation of the documentation that's required, and subsequently communicates with you in a timely manner via text, e-mail and cell phone to update you if additional items are required. Once you've submitted your application, Keith provides updates as the app progresses thru various review and approval steps. Timeliness is extremely important and Keith goes the extra mile to ensure that your app moves thru the approval process as quickly as possible. Not satisfied with assumptions, Keith e-mailed and called me after we closed with the Title Company to ensure that everything went smoothly! Keith's work ethic and personality make for an easy 5 plus star review. On top of that, he's a Navy veteran! Keith will be my go-to guy for the next house that we buy!
