      They never answer the phone at this Location. I got pre-approved and the communication was terrible. I called this office for help from 9am through the whole day til 5pm and only got an answering machine. Be prepared to not be answered. even the broker Nicholas DeJesus doesn't respond back. I went with another mortgage company, The sad part is i had to run my credit again to get pre-approved again.
