  Dean is very knowledgeable in his area and he was patient and sincere when dealing with our loan. We are first-time home buyers and we wanted to know the whole process of getting a home loan. We asked him so many questions, and he was always there for us whenever and whatever we asked him about the process. We appreciate his service and the care. We are planning to refinance our home with him within a year. We will absolutely introduce his service to our friends and families!!!

  Laura Edgar and team are amazing! In this market you need a team that can explain to you what is going on through the whole loan process, yet be swift to get you all your documents, and close on time - they are all this. THE most important thing in this market is having a lender that is going to close on time. This is the one area that could lose you your accepted offer. Laura’s team ALWAYS closes ON TIME. You will not regret going with her team and Finance of America because they will get you into your home, and also provide care and understanding along the way. Can a “big bank” or broker get you a better rate? Maybe, but what’s the point of 1/4% if you lose out on the house? You will not regret using Laura. At least put her in your mix of pre-approvals if you’re feeling out lenders - she is 10000% worth it!
