I was struggling with building my credit back up from a divorce and could not get a loan to save my life but thankfully Finance Point gave me a chance. I’ve had the loan for a few years now. They helped me when my car broke down because the warranty place claimed i didn’t have a warranty. Finance Point contacted the warranty place and cleared up the issue. They are always very kind and respectful! I wish they did home loans!

No way to check how much you owe except to call the office and half the time they seem more lost than you I’ve been trying to see how much I owe for weeks and they keep saying nobody there can check which has got to be bull and everytime I do call and get my balance they tell me the wrong number until I start complaining then everytime without fail it’s an oh yeah you did make a payment here’s a different number I don’t trust these people how can a business that only does this be so terrible at it

Stay away from finance point! I had to return the car back to them due to family health issues. I explained to them why I couldn’t keep the car and the lady that I talked to the day I returned the car was so rude and tossed the clipboard at me and told me getting another car will be hard and that it’s still a repo on my recorded. They also waited five years to sue me I think they are the most unprofessional company ever.
