      Even from Florida I still get wonderful service thanks to shared branching services. When I am at other financial institutions, they are amazed that I can call, give my name and speak to someone who knows me and cares about my family. Thank you for being there for us!

      They do not have real time taking of balances, so it's impossible to go online, call the customer service, or go to a ATM machine to get your real balance in your account. If you have a pending transaction in your checking and you make a deposit to cover the amount, they give you an overdraft charge anyway.
