  My wife got a speeding ticket and didn't hire a lawyer like I told her to, thus resulting in an assured rate increase. I went to Gary, Joey, Pam, and Louise and told them my predicament and Gary went to work finding an option to keep my rates from getting out of control. He was able to re-write my policy LOWERING my rate following a ticket. These folks are good at what they do!

  If your not going to be a walk-in, don't bother, however they are good at finding low-rates. I have been out-of-town and could only access via phone: This has been my agent for years and when I really needed information about my renewal policy when I switched cars they kept asking for my number to call me back and they never did. Every time I'd call back, it seemed like it was my first time calling them. I had to constantly re-tell my situation, and when I was finished they'd ask what my number was "like they haven't written it down in my file" and said they'd call me back. Long story short. I called my insurance company directly and renewed my policy with my new car and made a payment within 8mins so I didn't have an insurance lapse. (rushing me off the phone to assist their walk-ins is not appreciated)

  I can assure you that is in NO WAY , the case we take care of every customer. We go above and beyond to help anyone whom needs it. So sorry this happened to you I can see this was several years ago. Would love to know whom you were talking too.
