  Parking lot is small but the tellers are very polite and helpful. They always gives me details about a loan or willing to dig into what i cant and can afford when i ask about it!

  Very professional but unfortunately the loan department isn’t taking notes especially Whitney I wouldn’t recommend getting an auto loan through this establishment due to her.😔

  I opened a checking and savings account with this bank a week ago. When trying to set up Zelle, I was not able to find the bank on Zelle's site. When I called the bank for assistance, I was told that I had to use the routing and checking account number to set it up. When I asked for this information over the phone, the agent refused to give it to me saying that I had to come in to the branch to show my ID. When I expressed my concerns for COVID, she was adamant that I had to come in. 1. When I opened the account, I told the teller that Zelle capabilities was a must. Why didn't she give me the account number then so that I could get it all set up when I got home? It was made clear that I needed to be able to use Zelle, but I wasn't given the appropriate information from the beginning. She wrote down an account number on a business card for me that I have now learned is an "umbrella" number, not the actual checking account number. 2. She was able to "verify my identity" over the phone using SSN and DOB, and could answer any questions about my account over the phone, but this wasn't good enough to give me the account number? I went in to the branch as directed and closed my accounts. If this is how they are starting their customer service with me, I can only imagine how bad it can get. Also, it's 2021. Step up your online banking capabilities FCCU! The tellers in the branch are very nice and agreed with me that this situation was unacceptable. I should have been given appropriate information from the very beginning.
