      Hospital wasn't willing to work within my budget. I couldn't pay what they needed so they sent it to collections (even though I still paid them monthly just not the amount they wanted). FCA was willing to work with what I could do and willing to cut deals. I couldn't initially take advantage of the deals but come tax time they offered 50% off and I was able to get it taken care of. They did mess up a little and didn't fully record the payment so attempted to collect on an amount that was paid but a phone call resolved the issue.

      Do not give these people your money, its a scam! Ignore the letter they send, its blows my mind how these people get away with sending "fake" Collection letters.
