      Been with them for ten years, I really hate this credit union, they're slow and stuck in a time warp.......can never get a replacement card in a timely manner gotta wait 2 or 3 weeks. They suck big time!!!!!! Gotta find another one asap that's way more efficient uugghh,

      HORRIBLE customer service from the CS Reps to the Loan Officers! This is one of the most poorly ran unprofessional institutions that I have ever banked with. I've been a member for over 15yrs and the moral is consistently on decline and I mean Pre- COVID. I applied for a Line Of Credit almost 30 days ago and I'm still going back and forth with the loan officer... Unacceptable! Confirmation that it is time for me to move on, this financial institution is not in my best interest. I would strongly encourage anyone looking to bank here to look elsewhere as that will in your best interest.
