      FPCU FENTON is a great credit Union. Very helpful. Very informative. They have helped me out in situations more than once. The only reason it's 4 instead of 5 is the drive-thru service is just so slow. However I would never think of banking anywhere else.

      It’s impossible to get through on the phone to talk to anyone! You just go around in circles with their phone system. Unacceptable!

      I have been dealing with making a car payment for 4 months. They tell me my payment isn’t enough. I ask them to make it so I don’t get phone calls anymore give me an amount in November. Today, I get a phone call telling me I owe them money again. I ask her to make it so the proper amount gets taken out, and I don’t have to deal with it anymore. She keeps telling me I’m not listening. I tell her to explain it again. I’m the customer and was talked down to. It’s the worst experience I’ve had EVER dealing with a bank. I’m not sure why it’s so hard for someone to give a direct answer. Example, How much money will I need to transfer so this doesn’t happen again. Yet, here I am again dealing with same issue.
