      This credit union has terrible customer service, but they were able to hook me up with low interest rates on my auto loan and credit card. I'm pretty much stuck dealing with poor customer service because I know that I'll never find a lower interest rate anywhere else. It's mostly the rudeness of the staff that I can't stand. Most of them are very short with me and they have gotten brash with me on occasion.

      I should never have an issue accessing my money that’s being held in your bank. This isn’t even the first time; it’s happened multiple times with you guys. And of course.. you’re closed! I’ve never experienced this type of malfunction. This time is the final straw. I don’t care what updates or transitions you are going through. This is absolutely unacceptable service. Be ashamed to call yourself a bank.
