Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Had a fantastic experience getting a car loan here. All of my questions were answered and I was able to set up a new savings account as well! Disappointed and shamed... Two words that I would use to describe my experience at this institution and with Erik Abrahamzon, one of the loan officers there. I provided all documentation needed and was told because of a few issues in my past with late payments that I was a "high risk ". I was made to feel inadequate and shamed despite all of my efforts to get my credit on track. I will not be doing business here again under any circumstances and will share my experience with Financial Plus with friends and family.
