  I have heard absolutely nothing about my loan application. It's been 3 weeks

  Thank you for your feedback Mr. Hanby. Client feedback is very important to your company so we may improve upon our client experience. We received your preliminary credit request on January 22, 2021. Unfortunately, your credit request was incomplete and could not be processed without collateral information and the purchase price necessary for underwriting. Our office contacted you multiple times by phone and through our automated reminder system over the course of 14 days to secure the information needed to complete your credit request. On Saturday, February 6, 2021 we received an email from you with the information we requested. Our office re-opened for business Monday February 8, 2021 and your credit request was processed. Our office sent out a credit notification to you as required by the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Regulation B. Our credit decision notification was mailed to you to the address outlined on your credit application. We apologize for any confusion that our process may have caused; however, we follow strict Federal and State Lending guidelines for all consumer credit requests.
