  This bank is great. The tellers are wonderful, it's always clean and the staff go out of their way to help you. Ignore Jeremy R's review, if you look at his history of reviews, every single one is negative. That should tell you something. This bank is amazing.

  Recently my husband I were transferred to the buffalo area for work. Today I went into the Grand Island branch to do some banking. We are not members of this credit union, but they are part of a nation wide network call Share banking. Because of this, I was confident they would treat me as well as my own credit union. To my surprise that was not the case. As I attemped to do my banking with the branch manager, I continually ran into opposition from him. Overall he could careless if he serviced my needs or not. During our encounter I mentioned that my husband and I got transferred and would be looking for a new bank Not once did he mention his bank or showed any interest in us joining. When I confronted him about the interaction, he did not care I was unsatisfied. I asked him if there was someone else i could contact about todays events. He gave me the COO's name and number. This is where my disappointment hits new heights, when i called the COO and left a message of todays event with her assistant, I expected a call back. Surprise no call back nothing. So easy to say if your COO does not care about customer service, why would a branch manager. In today banking market, small credit unions struggle to stay alive. I would think a COO would be more concerned about how customers perceive the business she is paid to run. If I ran my business this way, my board of directors would ask gor my resignation.

  After experiencing one commercial bank after another batting my account around like a canary in a tennis match I moved to Financial Trust, I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the personalized dealings. Their on-like billpay system is far superior to the clunky billpay at the three commercial banks I dealt with in the past. It's great to walk into your bank and have the bank manager and the tellers greet you by name.
