  I selfishly don’t even want to share this secret, but my belief in giving credit when credit is due, is stronger than greed! Real estate Broker, Evan Tando, is one of San Diego’s best gems! He gracefully accomplishes so much, with excelling knowledge in the mortgage industry. He provides superb customer service, with his reliability, trustworthiness and patience! I searched for two years for someone with these qualifications and was blessed to have been referred to him. I have been more than impressed and grateful to have him assist me with my first home purchase; and look forward to working with him soon on my next purchase!

  Evan is a top-notch real estate broker. Evan did a spectacular job from start to finish. Evan inspected the property and made suggestions for preparing it for sale. Evan is thoroughly knowledgeable of the issues involved for selling a property that is part of a Trust. Evan saved the Trust money by suggesting what improvements would add value and what not to make an expenditure on. Evan possesses excellent negotiation skills. Initially we did not agree on the listing price, but Evan convinced me on his theory and assured me that we would receive multiple offers and they would come hard & fast. In the end there was a bidding war and the property sold for almost 9% above the list price. Never in my wildest dream did I believe we would sell the property for what we received. Evan's integrity is at a high standard. Evan's communication skills and his winning personality made all the difference in the success of the sale.
