      LeeAnn is one of the customer service reps and is the best!! She has answered every one of my questions about the Ignite checking account! This bank is one of my favorites; there is such a calming environment when you enter and staff are so helpful. Definitely recommend FFCCU!! :)

      I just started banking here. They require face masks to be worn and observance of social distancing. They are welcoming to everyone, not just firefighters. Their bill payer system works different than other financial institutions. They withdraw the funds from your checking account when the check is processed, rather than waiting for the payee to cash it. This helps to make sure that you have the funds in the account, resulting in no NSF fees. I am happy!
