      I cannot say enough good things about this credit union. Their customer service is always on point, you get treated like a real person. Their products and services are wonderful. I was with a major bank for 28 years and left because I felt disrespected and mistreated. At Firefighters first Credit Union, they take care of you like family.

      Came to credit union today. While I realize it is a Monday, and they were closed July3rd, they only have 2 tellers! Management needs to step in as I've counted 7 people waiting in the lobby... its unacceptable that the Credit union doesn't staff employee overflow... maybe some staff called out sick? Regardless they should have other staff to step in. Throughly disappointed! Their receptionist can't even take straight deposits.... unbelievable.
