  I'm a REALTOR and I've used Sean Strasner with Firehouse Mortgage several times. He is very professional, responsive and knowledgable. He does a very good job of keeping all parties informed and updated. He has been able to close all of our transactions early and smoothly and in some cases, in just a few weeks. If you need a lender you would be wise to use Sean!

  Little to no communication, unprofessional brief emails, and once you're looking at being denied the loan after leaving to move cross-country (and after realizing your loan hasn't been processed correctly) he will speak to you condescending and with no remorse. Even my realtor was shocked by how poorly Aaron acted throughout this home loan process! Update: As it turns out, Aaron doesn't appreciate being told to shut up when he talks over people and talks to them in a rude manner. Even my realtor was astounded how you acted on the phone. You get what you give Aaron. Thanks again. We are loving our new house that we got as soon as we kicked you out of the process.

We have been very kind and responsive with you through the entire process because we wanted to make sure you were informed every step of the way. Every client is important to us so we do our best to make sure your process goes smoothly and as quick as possible, despite the current COVID19 situation. We offered two solutions in order to complete the process but you responded to us in a not so kind manner about things that we had absolutely no control over and were not on our end. You used very abusive language and did not wish to comply with the things needed to complete the process and hung up on us. We understand that these are stressful times for us all but we have been very courteous and accommodating despite how we were treated in helping you.

  Sean was so incredibly helpful during our buying process. Always answered quickly, helped us find all the right people and dealt with even our dumb questions. We went from start to close in only 3 weeks! Amazing!! Highly recommend!
